I just got home and its early.

So on any given night how many of these new guys actually call you and ask to be a part of the family. Seems any of the people I ever knew that were involved in the mafia didn't ask to be in they had to be asked. So do you ask people to be in or do people ask you, seems like there are a lot threads I notice where you are telling people to apply? If a family isn't exclusive then what's the point?
