Depends if you live in an actual Islamic country or a regular country where Muslims live... Or u live in one of them Sharia countries the u.s. installed.

It's difficult to end something in divorce if divorce is not an option, legally, religiously and culturally, which is the case in most countries where arranged marriages are common practice.

It's prove that people who have had no sexual partners before marriage are far likelier to not get divorced and have happier.

I think the fact that divorce is common and widely accepted has caused people to enter into marriage with the idea that if it doesn't work they can just divorce. Rather than thinking that they should be entering into a partnership that requires years of work. Arranged marriages start and bother parties are under pressure to make things work (while that isn't ideal, they do stand a better chance)

55% of the worlds marriages are arranged. 90% of marriages in India are arranged. So it's not going to be a high percentage relative to arranged marriages that occur. Still a gross practice though.
