"About Us" page for adult site?
 

I recently got hit pretty hard with the recent Google (medic) update on Aug 1st. My adult site was doing fairly well in organic traffic and I held the #1 spot for several kw's before the update.

Now I'm looking to recover and try to improve onsite SEO, load speed, etc. I see I a lot of blogs/articles mentioning that About Us page is crucial for websites, esp e-commerce and services. Do you think this holds true for adult sites as well? Does anyone have an About page on their adult site? Thanks in advance.

The Medic update dealt primarily with information influencers, so unless your doing lots of reviews I doubt that the medic update was what caused your issues.

Did you have a loss across the board on your SE traffic, or just a handful of pages ?
