Basically, it’s a pretty straightforward job. The person just needs to have a team to manage who will render the services the job requires.

Most of our clients are the big dating and hookup websites that you may or may not have heard of.

These sites are full of guys (and some women) who like to chat and flirt and talk dirty from time to time. The idea is to keep these guys talking as much as possible because they pay a ‘per message’ rate to chat with you (or the person you are pretending to be) and that also keep them paying for the dating site subscription. So, we want them to keep coming back and to keep talking.

So the agent’s job is just to be online for as many hours as possible to make sure these guys always have someone to chat with.

Your agents will be paid per message.

you must know that the messages may vary from friendly to sex chat.

We are operating in the dating sites.

But agents will not be using their own profile, no cameras or phone calls. Just pure chat and agents will be using a made up profile to talk to customers.

We need people who are good in English, not necessarily native English speakers.

Average English writing skills is good but Above Average or Excellent English Writing skills is better since we will be dealing with people who are native speakers of English
