So Walker lost his bid for re-election as the 2nd most corrupt Governor in the US. The kicker is it was a close election that under normal rules would qualify for a recount....

Scott Walker signed a bill into law that blocks his own ability to demand a free recount because he thought it would stop a Democrat from winning a close race.... Now he has to come out of pocket with his money if he wants a recount.
