We are a young, dynamic Los Angeles company that is looking to expand its design and production team.

We are looking to hire someone extremely competent and efficient in the various areas of web production for adult-oriented projects.

The candidate must have a good eye for detail, the drive to produce constantly high-quality work and the ability to function with a minimal amount of supervision.

The job requires full-time on-site work in our West LA Office.

Required skills:
HTML, w/ experience in HTML optimization
Photoshop and ImageReady
Dreamweaver (or any editor other than FrontPage)
Understanding of various video formats (QuickTime/Windows Media)

Desirable:
Ability to hand-code HTML/DHTML & hahahahahahahahahaha
Flash
PHP/MySQL
A stable work history

Extremely welcome:
Perl
FreeBSD / Linux
System Administration

We are looking for someone who is highly confident in their web skills and who will need a minimum amount of training to get started.

The candidate should feel comfortable working in a project-based, milestone-guided environment.

There is no dress code in our friendly, relaxed office.

Yeah, you want all that and you'll pay him next to nothing. Adult sites earn shitloads of money and pay little to the people that help them make that money.
