White Label Reloadable Card
 

Has anyone offered payout options to affiliates and entertainers by way of a while label branded card? For example I have a lot of payees, all with different banks.

Is it possible to order a whitelabel Visa card branded in my company name, then have each contractor/affiliate signup for a card and link it to my payout bank, then when it comes time for payroll I simply transfer the funds to their cards?

It would be instant cash for them and save me a ton of time.

There must be a catch but I don't see it.
