Personal opinion though, I think its wrong to push nonsense and feed the brains of these nutters with more fake shit they will believe.

The funny thing is, people like Onwebcam, OneHungLo and Matt6z will be drawn to this site and read it like it's real news even after seeing this thread.

This is (kind of) my entire point. The Republicans are trying to tell people that the "Main stream news" is "bad", while pointing to little known websites which just happen to back up their ideas.

One of my friends on FB - who happens to be my City Councilman - is completely guilty of this. During the entire "immigration we need to separate children from their parents" thing he posted an article of a small news agency in Central California and said "I find this article to be unbiased and very informative". Sure sure. The article was about how the Trump administration was only following the law, and was required by law to do this. The article failed to quote the law directly, or even call it by it's name. The article said that only an act of Congress could change this. I usually stay away from such stuff on FB, but this time I went for it demanding which law it was that required the Trump administration to do this. It fell on deaf ears. I kept demanding someone point out the law, eventually gave up, and did it myself. A week later Trump gave in and changed the policy - without having to go through Congress to do so. The article was dead wrong, but a dozen Republicans swore by it.

They wouldn't trust the mainstream media, but they will trust some random news agency that no one has ever heard of coming out of Central California.

My point here is anyone can create a somewhat professional looking blog and pretend they are news. Most of the news on the blog will be true, and every now and then I'll go crazy and write something insane.

I've writing blog posts for ten or fifteen years. If you don't care too much about what you are saying and just trying to add to your word count, it's easy.
