anyone own a Viking gas range?
 
Im thinking of getting one but they are about 3x more than mormal one. I cook alot so basically want to know if they are way better than normal ranges.

any thoughts?

yes, Im also getting a viking fridge, kegerator, hood, and bbq. Never used on but they all their stuff looks really sweet so was hoping someone could tell me if "its worth it"

although for re-sale of the house down the road, im sure it is

viking ranges are worth the money long term, high use.
consistent heat is what it's all about
i would look at the sub-zero refridgerators if you're thinking about them too.

I can attest to the SubZero. Mine is 17 years old and still working as well as it's first day.

I've got one, they're great. The only problem is all the burners are big, so if you want to make something small, you gotta use a big old pot.

good point... I just noticed they have various grates you can use instead of the circular ones.
