Savings account at what interest rate? Unless it's over 4% it is actually costing you money.

You are adding inflation; but people earn the same pay check for decades.
So people who save are making more money than those who don't, no

Unless you inherited a revenue stream that generates profit for your pocket, there is no vehicle that I can think of where you would make money with no work. It's in the same group as "passive income." That money may be passive today, but there was energy put into it at the start. Be it money, resources, whatever. And often these "passive income" streams slowly die as they no longer have energy put into them.

Yes, it's possible to make money without work... it's called DOMAINING. You have to have some cash though.

Unless someone gave you the money to put in a savings account you had to work for it too so it isn't a zero work situation either.

Well, when you buy domains ONE TIME and HOLD them, you're only investing capital and little time. The market value of the domain pretty much did your homework for you.

Please note that this is for "investment"-type domains. I'm not talking about PBN domains here. The latter requires lots of work to find/pick up/develop but can become passive later when you just sell links

Another asset that spits out cash without work (but requires capital): MUSIC RIGHTS

Every time some radio station plays music, they pay a royalty to ASCAP etc etc.

These music rights are ASSIGNABLE... ie., you can buy the right to the royalty although there are laws protecting musicians re 'title' to the song itself.

A friend of mine and his wife bought an investment property and rented it out. For the first 5 years it went great because they had back to back great tenants that ended up staying for a while and treated the house nicely. Then they got a tenant who broke the rules and moved a bunch of people in with them, caused a lot of damage, had to be evicted then fought it. It ended up being about a 6 month process to get rid of them then they had to spend another several thousand getting the damage repaired.

They then sold the house and got out of the rental business.

Yeah, we had 2 houses with 20 flats - the stories I could tell...

My favorite was the guy who slept in a coffin and put burning candles in a 100 year old wooden staircase.

And the German laws favor the renters a lot, as long as the rent is paid it's almost impossible to throw someone out.

Creating my plugin and selling it to someone who then joined Chaturbate to use in my plugin was 1 years work.

Fair play. Thing is for me, that locally I have an estate agent called Dart and Partners (D&P) who deal with all my rentals on my behalf. They charge a flat 10% fee, but they do EVERYTHING for me. They thoroughly vet the renters, make sure they have garentures in place, and do all the legal stuff. Even if they don't pay, D&P still guarantees me my rent from them and should they need legally evicting, again that's all done by D&P...

I kinda think of it like this. I rent my houses to D&P and they pay me a certain amount each month, guaranteed - Even if property is vacant ! I have nothing to do with the tenants at all. The tenants don't even know who I am. I deal solely with D&P and they guarente my agreed monthly figure with Zero problems. Its been a good deal.

Infact, I'm actually in the process of seeing my financial advisor today at 11, to see if another purchase of another property is on the cards. If he gives me the go ahead, I will give my budget to D&P, tell them how much I want to earn a month, and they will find, purchase, and rent out a new property on my behalf. I wont even worry what it's like (Provided its in good repair)

To me, its a purely business arrangement :)
