Before Clarence Thomas went through the SCOTUS confirmation process, his jurisprudence was... at best... slightly right of center.

After the grueling ordeal he went through during the SCOTUS confirmation, Justice Thomas shocked a lot of people because his opinions oftentimes ended up to the RIGHT of the most conservative justice on the court--SCALIA.

Do you see the same thing happening with Kavanaugh should he make it through the confirmation process?

Brett Kavanaugh is too emotional and erratic to be a judge of any kind.

He seems genuinely passionate about his family.

He was evasive and refused 8 times today to request an FBI investigation to clear his name.

The ABA said he should be investigated by the FBI last week.

In 2006 when Kavanaugh was in the approval process for his federal judgeship the ABA downgraded Kavanaugh's ranking to simply "qualified" because their investigators interviewed several lawyers that considered him inexperienced, and one said he “dissembled” in the courtroom.

The American Bar Association had concerns about Kavanaugh 12 years ago. Republicans dismissed those, too.

"But in May 2006, as Republicans hoped to finally push Kavanaugh’s nomination across the finish line, the ABA downgraded its endorsement.

The group’s judicial investigator had recently interviewed dozens of lawyers, judges and others who had worked with Kavanaugh, the ABA announced at the time, and some of them raised red flags about “his professional experience and the question of his freedom from bias and open-mindedness.”

Justice Thomas did not speak for ten years. The man is so out of his depth it is scary. The new one actually has some chops even if he is fucked up.

You have a very low bar for a supreme Court Justice nominee. "Fucked up" and fighting back tears for 48 minutes, and yelling in between, while verifiably making multiple false statements under oath, is disqualifying.

I just watched Justice K's official confirmation speech. I stand by my prediction. Of course, he'll say he's impartial and a uniter, team player, etc. You only need to look at what happened to THOMAS and see what's up...
