Apple faced a similar lawsuit in 2014 after a man had attempted to swallow fourteen iPhones and ended up in the emergency room for mercury poisoning.

Apple was eventually forced to legally specify that their products were not fit for human consumption and the man was conceded an undisclosed amount of money.

My first thought is great now everytime I power up my S9 it will display a warning "for external use only!"

and what the hell did they do to her that cost over a million? I was in a hospital for 25 days and had 3 surgeries early on and my bill was only $100k. But then again that was a decade ago and I'm sure costs have gone up.
