I may have thrown you off using the term keywords in my original message. The links are not for SEO purposes.

Customers of hardlinks.org are looking for other adult webmaster resources like the ones I mentioned above. If you offer that type of service then this would be a good place for you to buy a link. I will refer to our webmaster section on hardlinks.org when I correspond with my customers as well as in all of the monthly update emails.

They are looking for other adult webmaster resources. So we are creating a hub for them to use.

Ya I understood the idea. You said the links go on the homepage, but that homepage doesn't get any traffic, so its not worth $300. It has a 6mil Alexa, which is really bad, even for a webmaster resource page.
Is there hidden value I'm missing?

Most of your visitors will be our customers looking for more adult webmaster resources. I am placing the webmaster resources section on our main page to make it easy for everyone to find and use. The only people that visit our main page are webmasters coming from gfy.com

Yes you could. $300 would get you about a weeks advertising on gfy.com

That might not be long enough for the 596 registered adult webmasters at hardlinks.org to see your banner.

Anyway, no harm, no foul. This offer obviously does not fit into every business model.

there's currently nothing listed there, so i guess it doesn't fit into many business models lol

596 registered webmasters doesn't mean anything. how many visit daily? how many signed up in the last year? your alexa is 6 million, which means about 5-10 people visit per day.

i think a link on your site might actually harm my ranking. i'd still consider it for 100 a year as a no-follow.

I agree, the most important information is missing-how many unique webmasters you have on the site daily so people get an idea how many clicks you are able to send. Alexa indicates that the traffic is close to zero. $100/year per link from such site is a good offer.

Thank you for your feedback. I had never made advertising space available on our website. I was not sure what information you would need. I find it very difficult to tell how much traffic you will get because it depends on the service you are offering. Some services are more popular than others. If our main page receives 2400 webmasters per year and I have 600 registered webmasters that would be 3000 adult webmasters per year. I'm not sure how many will click on your link or your banner. I only know it takes just a few minutes to sign up to our service. Then where will they go next?

Advertising is usually sold by either impressions or clicks. You don't know how many clicks you'd be able to serve, but you should know how many impressions an ad would get on a certain page. That's the pageview history of whatever page you're selling space on. If you had that number, this thread would probably do better. Right now, all I can go by is the Alexa stats, which aren't pretty. The links in look spammy and low rank.
