Ok, now that I am almost done cleaning up my realtor program, I need to start a new one.

I want to create one for the adult industry, what would you suggest and in what language, PHP PERL ASP .NET COLD FUSION?

I am thinking a TGP listing program like Sublime, easypic... along those lines...

What do you think will sell best? What is it you require most for the program you suggested.
