I had some issues with the delivery of my Paxum card. It took nearly a year.
But using it smoothly for the past year or so.
There are questionable fees here are there. But seems understandable now.

JFYI: Payoneer (which is based in Israel) prints out the new cards and delivers them by the UK Royal Mail (don't ask me why the UK, perhaps it's cheaper or faster) within less than 2 weeks to ANYWHERE. How long you have to wait for your TEMPORARY card from Paxum?Obey the CowgodComment

Issue? I won't die for a thousand bucks that I have forgiven to Paxum, that's not a money which is worth to be spoken about at all. I just want to say that Paxum is yet another Epassporte and it is dead. That's a message to other potential clients who will lost much bigger money there. The spirit of Chris Mallick is here.

the problem with Epassporte was that people used it like it was a real bank account... they held money there... I'm sure most people have learned and they use Paxum differently.---Comment

Clearly Paxum has trouble finding card issuers, but I have never heard of them mismanaging anyone's money.
Worst case scenario they'll stop issuing cards. Paxum would still work well with EFT and Wire withdrawals.Comment
