how to get domain whois data ?
 

i guess after gdpr all data is hidden now,
every whois site is same ,no data is shown.

how to contact domain owner now ?

i am trying to get contact info of one domain ., tried whois.com, whois.net, godaddy whois, domain is registred with namecheap so tried their whois still no info on owner's contact info.

i am getting

what does that mean ?

Does the owner of the domain violate your IP rights? Consider tracking down their billing and hosting providers.

yes, its showing 2 historical records, but asking for 99 bucks per month

If no offers around here maybe try namepros it's the only domain forum left with any signs of life. May be able to throw someone $10 or whatever for the history. Been out for years here so can't help ya myself.
