You seem to have a "smogarsbord" of services and nobody seems to be taking any of them. It is first time that you ( or anybody) else offered "pay per preformance" ( PPP SEO) deal. I may be game to try it. BUT first state here some sort of process you ( and I ) would follow:

For example:

1) I give you a link to my site
2) you will review and tell me ...do this : on p 1, p 4 ??? ( the free bits)
3) I execute and then??? Wait for Alexa to move x %??? Or what? Or how long?
4) if it is all good then , I will pay x and you do what ???

I need to know ( and I presume others) the process, the timing and the cost of each step.
