Do you think the state of New York will indict Trump for his finance violations?
I think New York will indict Trump for campaign finance violations, what do you think?
Will New York indict him as a sitting president or wait until his presidency ends? |
You don't understand as usual..
There's no law against NDA's.. It happens all day long in politics... In business, etc.. Cohen plead guilty to an illegal campaign contribution... Because as he states.. He made the payment himself.. And Trump Inc reimbursed him... So the actual act was just plead to.... Trump should have just paid the damn NDA himself and there wouldn't have been a problem..... |

Trump is an accessory to the crime, as we heard on the tapes, Trump wanted to pay in cash because he knew it wouldn't be traceable, that shows Trump corrupt intent in committing campaign finance crimes. Trump told Cohen to send false invoices to the Trump organization so Trump could reimburse Cohen for his crime. That shows Trump corrupt intent in committing campaign finance crimes. |

You might want to check your English and hearing and re-listen to the tape.. Trump says "not in cash" As in he wanted the paper trail... You don't want a paper trail if you think you're doing something illegal.. Here's the actual plea deal.. Nearly $1.5 million in back taxes.. 43-63 months jail https://www.documentcloud.org/docume...Agreement.html |
Trump aided a felon in committing a felony, according to the state of New York.
Does anyone think the state of New York will indict a sitting president Trump for his crimes? |
