Candid Hosting I have been waiting for over 8hrs now for support to contact me my tkt # is 53472 ...


Please respond sites are down and I am not happy !

... I donīt know what you guys are doing when talking to hosting. I call tech support, I tell them what the problem is, they fix shit in no time.

... sorry, just canīt confirm bad expiriences with them.

I have called emailed and ICQ'd .... Still nothing ! over 2 years with them as well.

lol, email responses take at LEAST 24 hours... usually longer. If servers are down , call them.

Dude, they have other clients besides you - of course the line is going to be busy once in a while.

Call back until you get through. What others have said is my experience with Candid also: You use their email system to get non-urgent stuff resolved in a day or so. If your shit is down, you have to call.

thanks just been calling continually and finally got through to the same person I was on ICQ with. I thought my ignorance I guess that the ICQ message system would of been enough. But at least now I know a call is needed.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

... I am 100% sure you spoke to ali, donīt hammer him ... he is currently reinstalling one of my servers and to be honest with you, I am confident that he will have it done in less than 30 min. that guy is da bomb !!

I think you are right on the money funkmaster .... It was him and yes all is well, thank god ....

But again I thought chatting to him on ICQ would be as good if not better than a phone call. Seeing it is an internet business and all.

If you never have problems you would never know to call.... So now I know ALWAYS CALL ...


By the way your new server is fast my sites have never loaded so quick before funkmaster ( joking hehehe )!

Since when exactly? When I have a problem with SoBell I don't even have to call, they are constantly monitoring my system and even if the power goes off for more than 4 minutes they are on the phone trying to find ME not the other way around.

There are a few things other that I really can't tell you right now but feel free to call me any time at 770-965-0609 and I'll help you for free figure out what would work best for your app, won't charge you a thing.. and all you will need to have is just a pretty halfway decent credit rating (at least 2 cards) with good history or they pretty much will put it out of your ballpark because they base pricing on credit history.

Candid is great for serving up web pages,but if it's mission critical.. and please this is only my opinion.. just call me.. any hour i'll wait for your call and take as much time as you need to help you make the right decisions so you can benefit from mistakes that have already cost me tens of thousands in lost revenue.

I don't even know you but dude I"m tired of seeing people fucked over.. you can call anytime as soon as you see this msg. try one number if you can't reach me on the other. Remember, I charge 250.hr (Ask anybody) but i will do it for as free and as for long as it takes to help you pick EXACTLY the right host to suit your needs.

Best part of it is it proably won't take more than about 10 minutes unless you know absolutely nothing about how the internet works..

Whatever you do whatever you decide Candid is great for serving up web pages.. but if there's anything else involved you might want to give me a call before or after you call them, no problem.

Just don't sign anything till u talk to me please!
It could save your reputation and your business.

Whats up with Candid lately? For years I hear only good things about them, I know a few big players use them, then all of a sudden people are bitching up a storm.

Wonder if all the datahosters refugees they're setting up have bogged the system down?
