Looking for recommendations for an email support desk, Wordpress backend but separate is fine, Want program. not a website that has the emails

Thanks. I tried osTicket years ago and used it for one site. It worked fine so I’ll try it again. Tomorrow I’ll get on my laptop and try it out and Zendesk, too.

If I like it, I might register a domain for it in case of DDOSor hackers. One of those 88 cent domain names. domainsupport.site or domainsupport.info type.

We use Zendesk at YNOT and it seems to work well enough. We've been using it for a while now. I am sure we are paying for it, but I am not sure how much.
