You need a lawyer not a hacker. What's a hacker gonna do? Break the site? They'll it. Delete the content? They probably have backups. DDOS? It'll be right back up as soon as it ends assuming that the site doesn't use some ddos mitigation.

That was my MO. The site owner would be so angry that I went to their processing and upstream providers. I’d remind them that they chose to profit from my stolen content so deserve to be blacklisted. Threats of DOS, putting up more sites, never paying, etc. If they changed host, I’d send the DMCA notice with copies to the host who deleted their account. I’d tell the new host to confirm with old host(s) about prior theft and non-compliance with the service agreement.

Registrars take action, too, and the more people you notify, the more who take action. It’s not pretty but you have to remember that YOU paid for pics and videos. Don’t feel bad about it. Thieves deserve more punishment than loss of income. DDOS against their ISP is illegal but the satisfaction you get? Ahhhhh!

When I find a site click baiting with my metadata (e.g. download this ebook by Nick Baer for free, but in the end it isn't about getting my eBook or video, it's some unrelated garbage), my DMCA includes GoDaddy, CloudFlare, Registrars, Hosts, Nameservers, etc.

CloudFlare is bad. GoDaddy was bad, now they help point to the Host. A lot of Pirates use AWS, which is good fo me because Amazon actually owns the ISBNs of all of my print and eBooks. So that gets fast response.

Often what gets the Pirate into trouble from its providers is TOS, because my stuff is nude, male nude, which is then considered 'porn".

The Russian click bait sites have popup ads from US ad networks. The response of those ad networks is not good.

Do not forget about submitting to Google, they get around 60% of traffic from Google.

The ads you run on a site of stolen content is supporting them. Reviewing “bad” sites is your choice, but you’re promoting the theft of content and supporting a theft of content from people who post here.

You’re doing it to make money, but ... people here have paid good money for their content and/or time as well Some don’t care as it promotes their site. But you’re hurting the industry by allowing the sharing of content.

as far as I see he offers CC payment and paypal.
and the rules in both are very strict.
chargeback on CC >1% means losing the merchand account and pay a HIGH fine (mostly 50 - 100 k) and paypal will also stop
the billing and freeze the account after a few chargebacks (especially when it is porn stuff).

so yes - if nothing else helps this is the way to make them losing interest in this biz.

The rub is that Union Pay now has offices all over the world. They are going head to head with Visa and Mastercard. Its been written they will overtake Mastercard by 2019 for card holders.

i don´t know how familar you are with these issues but i tell you it is a MESS today to get even a merchand account.
i am pretty sure that such a big company don´t want this hassle because of a small website what makes them a few dollars profit per month.

If I would be a content owner I would write to Union Pay, tell them the facts and let them chose to get problems from visa, master, paypal and chinese officials or stop the billing with this fucker.

I BET they will react the way I predict because they know that this makes them MUCH more problems as profit and at the end they can not know how far you are going. they will not risk that.

I hope some of the content owners here do just that. They have multi-language sites for customer service so should be easy to contact.
