Okay I wanna start a adult tube downloading porn from xvideos and upload those to my vps.After I created dmca page and after everything.Real owners will sent mails about copywrite issues.So if I delete those as they are saying and continue my work is safe?Or do I need go offshore hosting?
I mean I am not in USA but my hoster is a usa one.Can major porn sites file a case because of using their content?
Or am I safe after deleting as soon as they said?

They can and will file a DMCA, but I believe if you delete as soon as you receive the takedown notice you should be good. But if all your content is viable for DMCA you will have a HUGE headache I would imagine.

Xvideos , xhamster and similar sites are over saturated , the videos downloaded thousands of times, adding DMCA means that you should not add copyrights material from the beginning.

bigger sites delete hundred of videos daily , it is really a headache and sooner you will loose users trust when you keep deleting videos.

i advice to work with direct affiliates or main providers or buy some videos in bulk with copyrights.
