I don't see it being the big scare people think it is. I think the only perk could be friends of friends introductions. I suppose they also know everything about their users. So it should be easy to come up with 'ideal' matches. There will still be a market for the meet and fuck type platforms.

FB will have some initial success but limited long term impact. There's no way I can see established dating sites like OK Cupid, Plenty Of Fish, Match or Tinder going away any time soon.

I share less and less stuff on facebook. And righ now i have less than 120 friend. and all of them i know face to face and keep contact!

All i see are people leaving Facebook due to their inability to safeguard peoples information. Personally i'd rather go out and meet people and see who they really are, not some made up persona on a website, but thats just me. How many people use Facebook? A billion? Pretty much EVERY person who is single has a Facebook account. Why go out and pay for a dating site when you can... Just use Facebook.

Will there always be some "fuck" type platforms? Sure.... But the vast majority of people will be using Facebook for meeting people.
