Xhamster still not following DMCA requests???
 

So someone registered as a "producer" with Xhamster and uploaded videos he stole from my site after he cropped my logo out and put his on.

I filed my DMCA request and showed them I have the model releases and copies of the photo IDs and they still won't remove the videos!

I even have a screen shot from an email exchange where the "producer" admits he bought the videos from a broker!

What is Xhamster's problem???

No only I have the model releases since I created the videos. Every other tube site deleted the videos from the other "producer" because he doesn't have any evidence like I do.

Xhamster on the other hand refuses to delete the videos or tell me if the "producer" has disputed my claim.

Are you emailing them using a @domain.com email?

I never had issues emailing manually using my clubdomcash.com email or even thru
dmcaforce.com or with digiregs.com services.

Yes I am using my official email from my website.

I keep asking what evidence the "producer" has shown to counter my claim and they refuse to answer. No one else has been through this??

DMCA the host. Does xHamster run their own servers? Hopefully not.

Failing that, DMCA with Google - it's bad for SEO the more it happens. You're a pebble, but at least it'll stop it showing in search results.

XHamster ban accounts and you can't nothing

They delete everything usually the next day after we email them. They have never asked for any proof.

Use bigger watermarks, they are harder to remove/cover.

Every tube site I ever filed a DMCA request with would remove it with in a few days EXCEPT xhamster.

And you're right the other tube sites never asked me for proof they make the uploader provide proof. But because this person registered as a "producer" with Xhamster they let him upload whatever he wants with no form of proof??

which broker did he buy the content from? Isn´t this more of a problem, a broker selling stolen content?


Anyway, to your problem, which producer on xhamster? & give them 24 hr, they´ll take them down, xhamster do not mess about :thumbsup

@Candidpro Xhamster is a trusted partner that takes down content upon request with Digiregs and DMCA force, write me or add me to your Skype and I’ll call you and we can go through it. There’s probably thousands more out there that don’t know about that Digiregs can find and Xhamster will remove upon request so we can fix this issue right away.

Are you sure you have "id" of your models. Based on your forum nic your models have no clue anyone is putting their tits on the web.

They obviously only care about the little affiliate money they make from this "producer" and don't care that he stole the videos.

Obviously Xhamster does mess about since they refuse to honor my DMCA request.

I know Xhamster admins visits this forum as well so it's funny how they avoided commenting on this thread.

They are quite quick to do takedowns in my experience.

where did you send the email, did you follow there dmca take down procedure and fill out their web page?

I filled out the DMCA form on the Xhamster website.

The issue is they make money from the "producer" as an affiliate so they do not want to remove the videos, even though they are obviously stolen!

this is not true, at least in my case.
i have affiliate account and i uploaded copied video and it got removed, they have 3 strike policy, 3 times offence gets account removed.

try again, dmca again, dmca their web host, registrar, google. etc

I have just got our content removed 3 hours after sending the DMCA.

But was the person that had it up on Xhamster a "producer"?

Why don't you post the url to the channel that is listing your content as their own here, so if anyone else has had their content stolen, they too can file DMCA with xhamster. If he stole your content and claims for it to be his own, he most likely did the same with most of the videos in his channel. That way xhamster will see more takedown notices against this producer, and decide it is not worth the hassle any more of letting him stay open :thumbsup
