Rent increases have to do with increased demand in housing.. More people making money means more people have money to get their own place.

Any increase in the amount of paycheck is more likely due to Chump ordering them to withhold less for taxes from paychecks

Truckers are making better wages recently. Flatbed for instance has increased from $1.50/mile to $4.50 in some areas. Also, the demand for oil field truckers are currently the highest ever and making $100k+/year easily.

It doesn't make sense to cut funding for trucking schools when we have a shortage of Truckers. Sucks

BTW, China has devalued their dollar, Trumps inflationary policies have increased the USA

… So from here in Aus I'm paying less and making more, as a country, well Trump is forcing China to seek out more trade with everyone except the USA. So in many ways Trump is good for the outside world! pity how he's totally fucking America's future, but at least he's been strengthening overseas economy's and waking them up that they can't be reliant on the USA no more. Its RIP America really, guess I'll milk it while I still can.

I work for myself so I only make more when I work more. A friend of mine who works for an engineering company said he is seeing about $150 a month more. However, inflation in our state has gone up almost 4% in the last year and gas is up about 50 cents a gallon from where it was about a year ago so he isn't actually seeing anything more.
