I have bunch of small sites 5-10k per day

but noticed that exoclick brings decent money only for bigger sites (30k+)


anyone can recommend me ad broker for such small sites?

depends on what you mean with "high traffic" and "decent money".
at the end of the day it is a question how the traffic is generated and the GEOs.
