Ipad Mini. New domain four days with hot. IP information correct at registrar. Goes to /defaultsite on Mini and iPad. Index.html goes to /defaultsite. Cleared cache three times on Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Index.html is there and host confirms.

HOW do I see my site to build it?
