Here's an interesting take on the whole 'trade war' that's brewing between China and the US.

I think Trump doesn't know what he does.. He seems to be a reactionary person who reacts out of spite if he feels someone did him harm. He wants to look and feel tough like some strong man..

Perhaps the tactic can work in some ways because it throws people off guard from what they tend to expect out of the US, however for every potential win with this strategy there are many, many losses..

Do you think Trumps policies are pushing allies to trade more or less with China? Do you think that trade far exceeds the 200 billion trump wanted? And do you think Americas position in the world is stronger or weaker with allies more in Chinas pocket?

Trump knows exactly what he's doing. He's been talking about hitting China hard on trade for decades.

When Trump spews his hate he doeas so very precisely. When he talks about his confidantes that have been indicted, he speaks very carefully. When he talks his racist dog whistles he speaks very precisely. Trump's delivery makes people think he doesn't know what he's doing but he's a 71 year old hateful racist old man that has a plan to drastically change America for the worst and is working hard to do exactly that.
