1- It's 1 kid who is 16 years old and suffers from severe depression and brain trauma.
2- This was in Feb 2016
3- The kid threatened staff and was abusive to other kids at the facility.

The facility was already exposed in 2014 for it's questionable methods.

If you did take the time to look at it, you would know it's not 50 pages, yes the reader shows 49 pages, but take a look over half of them are Exhibit 27 etc.. so they have no content and are just cover pages, others are notes of staff that are 1 or 2 sentences long. It's not hard to read what is probably 5 pages total of actual content.
