I am not interested in stocks after this huge run up. Real estate is the same. So where to go now?

I am thinking Brazil’s market and some real estate. Not sure if anyone has some ideas. I am only good in these two countries, US and Brazil.

Stack cash and wait for the drop. Take the tax hit.

Selling tons of stuff. I just never want to be all cash as it is hard to know where it is going if you are not in it.
