RSS feeds are cool. I would like to see more of that.

Getting paid is a pretty useful tool for affiliates nowadays.

Google analytics and adwords.

Hosted galleries, hosted MP4s, downloadable pics sets, lots of banners in various sizes,...

Proper tracking (a lot of adult programs still don't let you add a new campaign ID on the fly, or support postbacks).

If we can link direct to a specific page of your site it helps a lot, just going to front page or join is not as useful

regular email updates with scene DESCRIPTIONS and link to content (or at least FHG)

And also using an independent, established affiliate platform such as NATS - rather than a home-baked one.

I have seen so many programs claim that "theirs will be better", but they're all very incomplete and miss features.
(Adultforce comes close, but that's the exception, and they have way more developers than anyone else out there.)
