Hello. Email not working. Bought full clip but play only 3 minutes after error. Bring money back pls. If not exsist this one, I'll buy another one.

How was live support? They usually give refunds easily, that clip was a incomplete upload,
so you might wanna tell the clip owners too..

it could be simple error from when they changed their servers, so first of all, the producer is offered 24hr to upload a new version, an unbroken copy for you to watch. If this is unsuccessful, you´ll have a refund, do not worry! C4S is very good for support, both for customer and producer :thumbsup
