So you want to forward emails, so a lawyer can bill you to press delete in the cms of your website instead of going it yourself?

What I ved read about DMCA is that
This is a post from a GFY use here:

1- To be protected by the Safe Harbor provisions of the DMCA you MUST register your site and agent with the copyright office. Here is a link to the form, and a link to some of the listings.

DMCA Agents - Index A | U.S. Copyright Office

2- If you are not registered at the Copyright office you simply can't hide behind the DMCA.

Is this true?

Yes, that's true - though you can be your own agent if i'm not mistaken.

Why this site I have mentioned (porzo dot com) has a DMCA agent if the entire site dont have any UGC (user generated content), and its just a CJ tube?

I think stuff added by bots automatically is also covered, but that being said the thumbs themselves are also copyrighted.
