how do i get a chargeback for something that i have been getting rebilled on my credit card for months what do i say?

Chargeback means you didn't agree to have them bill you. Did you agree to have them bill you? If you did and you chargeback, you could be in jail for Fraud, depending on who you are charging back to. :)

Unless you have proof that you cancelled the rebilling and they charged you after that, don't even both calling.
