Is CCBILL taking a huge SESTA/FOSTA risk?

With Craigslist, Cityvibe, TER, Nightshift, Backpage all offline are blocked from USA visitors most of that type of traffic is going to a humaniplex.com which is hosted with rackspace.com out of Texas.

Humaniplex.com uses CCBILL for its credit card processing. Humaniplex is 100% about meeting and advertising for prostitution even though it bans certain words and phrases to avoid being explicit.

As an adult webmaster do you think CCBILL should process these type of payments considering the recent SESTA/FOSTA legislation?

I think CCBILL needs to drop them to protect real adult websites and content because we need as many adult payment options as possible.

What are your thoughts?

Lets see what MasterCard and Visa say and do; maybe they will change their EU guidelines on adult or maybe they will keep everything as is.

The government should just ban money; all forms and kinds, because nobody wanted any pussy until credit cards were invented.

:2 cents:

EDIT : " because nobody wanted any pussy or hairy asshole "

They go after the lead characters but the minor players, the money processors, are left alone. Visa and MasterCard used to viciously scrub sites and monitor activity and content. They need to be held accountable, too. The sites can’t operate without them. By the same token, hosts need to monitor their clients because the Feds aren’t going to let them slide.

USA sites aren’t alone in this. I think eventually other countries will start cracking down.

The Feds need to legalize prostitution. Marijuana does more harm yet is legal in some states. Ban drugs, not paid sex!

Got some stats to back that claim?

The feds don't legalize or criminalize anything. Congress does. The states have the ability as well; witness states legalizing marijuana use while it is illegal federally.

When you're high, you don't always think rationally. I didn't in my teenage rebellious years. Prostitution doesn't screw with your brain or lungs.

Yes, it helps with pain management. My doctor suggested CBD Oil and legal pot but insurance won't cover it.

It isn't good for some who live in a haze. Prostitution handled correctly with protection, security and no drugs gets women off the streets, safe working conditions and serves a purpose.

Marijuana doesn't affect everyone the same. Quantity, type and the usage process varies among users. Some focus, some relax, some deal with pain and some just need an escape from reality.

Claims are made that pot scrambles your brain. I say look at Snoop Dogg ;). The man knows his lyrics, shows up on time, and manages to go through life not fucked up.

It's an argument with good and bad on both sides. I'd rather deal with people that sell their bodies than people who alter their brain. I state that because I had a nurse give me the wrong meds when high. Prostituting wouldn't have caused a brain lapse.

To each his own. I don't judge people on their choice of vices. Fucking, smoking, gambling, etc to your heart's content. Just don't let it affect MY life.

The Feds influence and lobby congress.

Federal versus state law is something that needs to be worked on. If it's legal in your state, the Feds shouldn't be able to prosecute you for a legal act. This is where our laws need updating. It's an interesting dichotomy that I never really gave thought to but now I'll go to sleep and be up half the night thinking about it!

Some people can't handle their high, regardless if it's marijuana, alcohol, harder drugs like cocaine and heroin, prescription drugs or even smoking cigarettes and caffeine. These things affect people different ways and ours being a litigious society we always try to over-protect the idiots amongst us by limiting liability. LOL

Shit, I met someone once who couldn't handle ketchup because it was too spicy. Ketchup.

What does any of this have to do with prostitution? Um....ketchup is a fetish and you gotta pay for that? :( Sorry I am high as fuck right now bada bing!

CCBILL has quickly resolved the issue! Thanks CCBILL

CCBill stopped processing credit cards for them earlier today.

I'm glad to see that CCBill is on the ball and ready to protect its adult webmaster clients.

Yep!

CCBILL did the right thing! The cracksmokers at Humaniplex are asking people to get USPS money orders and have them sent to an address in a shithole between LA and Vegas? Considering the new law that Trump signed today I'm pretty sure that the Postal Service inspectors will be taking notice. This type of crap shows why CCBill did the right thing and dropping them.

not exactly outlandish is it.

Alcohol does more harm than than paid sex.

Cigarettes do more harm than paid sex.

Weed does more harm than paid sex.

Doesn't mean any of those should be outlawed, just means those do more harm than prostitution, so why is prostitution outlawed. Simmer down drug users and get some 'clarity' :1orglaugh

Ask the Romanian and Russian victims of sex trafficking if prostitution does less harm than what you said.

Besides, those other things (booze, smoking, weed) generally do not involve another person so that's why I support legalization.

Anyway good for CCBill. LOL

Exactly. It’s not “stats” but is just common sense, provided the prostitutes use protection. It depends also on the person and their tolerance for drugs. Some think more clearly, they feel, while others have memory lapses.
