fuck this hosting company
NEVER fuck with superb.net.. i bought an expensive dedicated server.. less then 2 hours later it went offline and didn't work. They wanted 200$ to even look at the problem. I told them fine forget it i want my money back.. they told me they would and i thought it was all cool.. 2 weeks later they never gave my money back and i called and tehy told me i couldn't have my money back and if i would like to cancel to send an email to [email protected]. so i sent the email and still got charged next month. Soon as they sent me the bill i called them again and said what the fuck is this why did you charge me.. and they told me i was still active. The server as far as i know is still down and hasn't been back up.. unless they gave it to some one else.. so i bombed them with 500 emails telling them to cancel me and called about 5 times.. they said i have been canceled.. and them fuckers just billed me again. i talked to them on the phone again and they said im still an active member.. they are a fucking scam.. and i will chargeback every fucking second.
