Model release for EVERY shoot for repeat performers?
Once I get a model to sign a release for a shoot, and then that model comes back to perform further shoots, do I have to get the entire model release filled out and signed again?
Or may I simply attach a page to the original release that states the additional photo shoot dates and have the model sign next to that date? |

I make sure they sign a release EVERY time they do new work.... When they get paid, they sign a release also.

It depends what your release is setup like. Legally our releases cover every photo we ever take of them, however we get a new release signed with every shoot just to be sure. Can never be too careful.

28 CFR 75.2(c) sez:
