Anyone here have e-Residency in Estonia?

I've been reading up on Estonia's e-Residency program and it looks pretty interesting for incorporating an internet based business there.

The Basics:

When you sign up for Estonian e-Residency, you receive a government-issued smart ID card that provides digital identification and authorisation. That way, you can digitally sign important documents, access secure services, and make secure transactions -- even if you don't live in Estonia.

For example, e-Residency would allow an Indian entrepreneur to establish an Estonian company that he runs from Singapore to serve clients based in Germany. He'd also be able to use his digital signature to sign contracts with customers throughout the European Union. All of it would be done online, remotely, and completely hassle-free.

Depending on your nationality, and overall intentions are ... Netherlands has some great options. For Americans doing business there, they have the Dutch American Friendship Treaty (DAFT). :2 cents: :thumbsup

The most interesting thing is you don't even have to step foot there to open a business:

If you live in the US and run a porn business what are the benefits? Legal tax savings?

So...
What is the tax rate in Estonia for this kind of company?

And..
How do I avoid double taxing when I transfer money to my private other country account?

There are big problems now with the e-residency in Estonia. The last days bank are shutting down accounts for e-residents in estonia. And that was the main reasons for a lot of people to get e-residency.

Also a e-resident could maybe be interesting for some people outside Europe. But for most cases it isn't. You pay a lot of tax and there is a change they might tax you in your real resident country also. There where even some dutch with e-residency. While they better could have set up a company in Holland. The e-residency is a marketing product, few realy profit from it.

If you are looking there could be better options on Cyprus, Malta or Georgia. But all depends on how much money you make and if you are willing to live in another country and your nationality..

e-residency in estonia is useless. I'm not even sure they knew what the hell they wanted out of that.
