1. There are a lot of GFY "rules" that are ignored every day.

2. In the rule you quoted, it says any WHOIS info is considered public information. Wouldn't that apply to a public Facebook account? Or any publicly accessible info?

Has a friend assault him secretly, blames Nikki, then blames Nikki for posting it and GFY for allowing the post. Attorney thinks a case is valid and stirs up legal shit.
