Where do you book girls like Tawney, Miko, Kianna, etc for photoshoots, video, etc. Is there one agency/place that has most adult actresses or are there a few different ones?

Also, does anyone know what a photoshoot with say Miko runs for example, minus paying all her travel expenses, etc...
