Looking for low costed high-quality traffic
 

I am looking around for low costed high-quality traffic, I have a few websites, i'm focused on driving lots of high-quality traffic to one of my websites which is an adult forum. I am using some link trading etc which is doing ok, and I have tried paid advertising with plugrush.

Plugrush is ok and not too expensive however, I would like to hear if anyone has a suggestion of a good advertising network? a solution to drive high-quality traffic to an adult forum?:thumbsup

Low cost high-quality traffic is a bit of an oxymoron. In the traffic business, you generally get what you pay for.
