Normally, it means congradulations. However, it is a very context-dependent phrase. If you say it at the wrong time, it can be very sarcastic and/or insulting. The Yiddish parts of Hebrew are extremely idiosyncratic.

in hebrew you're looking for a 'kipa' (one) or 'kippot (more than one)

if you're trying to buy one in a store, i'm sure 'beanie' will get ya what ya need

i've always been partial to kippot with sports themes... like the lakers etc.

Maybe adult.com could make some kipa's with adult.com or something alike written on it.
