Windows 10 Blurry Video Help
 

Ok, has anyone had this issue before?
I am using Win 10. Never used to have an issue but over the last couple of weeks I have noticed all my videos when using Youtube are blurry.

Last time it happened a restart sorted the problem out but for the second time the videos are blurry.
Does anyone know why this is happening or can suggest help except restarting laptop.

Could it just be over compression? Or some other artifact? I think it would help if we could see the videos - can you post a link?

In youtube click on quality. Possibly it's set on low.
