I make my own, then I know what's in them.

Fine mince beef, onions fried and chilled before using, bacon, herbs, salt and pepper.

Then after cooking add, all the salads and relishes, etc. No bun as that's more than enough with chips. Nearly as good as a steak.

all the burger places will do that... when I ordered ice coffee 10 years ago they looked at me like I was an asshole. I would get a coffee and a cup off ice and dump the coffee in... then they really stared at me like I was an asshole :1orglaugh
