    After 20 years I'm selling out, make me offer.

    I'm retiring after about 20 years(Unless I change my mind). I've got a mainstream project that is doing well an requiring much of my time.

    All the below sites are on individual dedicated servers.
    Each server cost between 25 to 40 bucks a month.
    Total monthly biz expense is around 650 a month for them all.

    Income from AFF, Streamate, an other affiliate programs an is around 2500.00 a month give or take, it fluctuates. You do NOT get my AFF, Streamate, or other affiliate accounts! You should not expect that level of income immediately because I use percentage program with all. If you promote something different then who knows. I'm old school an been with these programs for a long time.

    I'll sell all the servers/sites to the highest offer if I feel it's better than what I'll make from redirecting all the traffic to my money sites. The datacenter will transfer the servers into your name and we can use escrow to transfer the domains. Whatever, we will figure it out.

    I'm not going to jump through hoops answering a bunch of questions.
    You can see the sites by typing "site:whatever.com" into google.
    All the free host use sub-domains for the users hosted account.
    The wordpress host uses multisite and the older free host use Xpanel.
    I'm not going to sell these for chump change. I'll just keep them for the backlinks and
    ongoing traffic. I'll only entertain serious offers. I won't respond to dumb shit.
    I won't consider anything below a mid high five figures.

    I registered 3host.com in 1999!
    Most of them are newer but Redlighthost, racyspace, creamhost, sultryserver are old as well.
    Anyway check them out if interested. Shoot me a PM with your offer.
    I'll sell all to highest offer if I feel the offer is better than what I'll earn by redirecting the traffic over time.

                                  Industry standard is following - 6 month if you are in hurry, 12 months revenue if you can wait. So, in your case, it would be 30000$, however problem is how you say income is around 2500$ and it includes rebills which are not transferable, so you should get exact number of revenue.

                                                          You are using a monthly income that includes rebills, but then say the buyers wont get the rebills. This will dramatically cut the income level.. If that is the case, you need to post the adverage new sales income, not the rebills income.

Given the revenue being generated, and these being 'set and forget' sites, I don't see the need for $650 a month in dedi costs. Now if the sites were generating 10x what the OP said I would maybe feel better about it. But for affiliate links? Which I would have to replace? LOL No thanks.

                                                                                                                                                              Well, originally i wanted to do it with my own custom platform, i even made it, however WP have advantage for having fancy SEO and other plugins( that is why WP is most popular platform, basic script itself is a crap lol) . So my guess would be modified WP as best solution.

                                                                                                                                                                              Tho, i think what they were doing wrong, is there was no ads on it too small ads - the thing is, approach where you have no ads because you aim for big user base it wont work simply as it will eat too much money and it works only in mainstream, but even then it relay on selling a portion of company to investor, and adult projects does not have investors. So, it might work if there will be ads but more benefits for those ads. Like facebook, which is full of ads yet still everyvone using it.
