The DOJ?s counterintelligence and export control chief David Laufman resigned

The FBI?s public affairs assistant director Mike Kortan resigned

White House deputy chief of staff John Carroll resigned

White House staff secretary Rob Porter resigned

You're conflating actual white house staff with executive branch staff. The white house staff is around 3,400 people and the executive branch employs around 2,000,000.

Trump didn't know about Porter for over a year, you lying sack of crap. The background check is the job of the FBI. General Kelly is the chief of staff. The FBI cleared porter so this is another FBI scandal.
