Anyone using that phrasing is just assumed to be a fake nick? I can?t see an American every really saying that and being comfortable with it.

I do get the provocative aspect of such claims ... there are so little provocative things nowadays.

Any foreigner referring to an American president in such a way while trolling non political boards with their hate are likely 1) unemployed 2) single 3) mentally unstable & 4) will never be allowed to enter the United States of America.
