Would you take your dog into a loud night club ?

While in Vegas, shooting a party in Vanity Nightclub @ The Hard Rock, I see this IDIOT, subjecting this poor animal to all that high decibel Music ! I went up to him and asked, WTF is he thinking, abusing the dog like this. Got a feeble response , " I Love You Man"

Rochard 01-30-2018 11:49 AM

Baddog takes his dogs to shows doesn't he?

Are you so clueless that you don't know the difference between a nightclub and a trade show?

Roald 01-30-2018 12:03 PM

Which company was it that brought that chimp to the show a decade or so ago?

Or wait, what about the guy who brought his monkey to the HR like 2 years or so ago....

People never cease to amaze me....

Leaving dog thing out, what kind of hippie would respond "love you man" to someone trying to critique/badmouth/etc him?

2MuchMark 01-30-2018 01:02 PM

Some people are fucking clueless. I would never bring my pet to any loud location like a night club.

Here in Montreal we have fireworks once a week, and sometimes twice a week, as a part of the International Fireworks Competition. Alot of people walk along the Jacques Cartier bridge to get as close as possible to the fireworks. Of course it should be no surprise that it's also loud as fuck up there.

2 Years ago this fucking idiot brought his dog. The poor thing was terrorized and probably lost some hearing ability too, all while his idiot owner was laughing at him. "What kind of fighter are you?" he kept saying. I have no idea what he meant. I told him he was a fucking asshole for torturing his dog like this.

CamTraffic 01-30-2018 01:18 PM

I think I saw him during registration, was it a Boxer?

PR_Glen 01-30-2018 01:46 PM

most people don't understand how good their hearing actually is just like most people don't know how strong their sense of smell is yet engorge themselves in heavy perfume. just let them know and they will most likely stop.

Sly 01-30-2018 02:04 PM

I get very upset when I see people with little kids at races and concerts with no ear protection.

Bladewire 01-30-2018 02:05 PM

Why would Hard Rock allow a dog into their nightclub, something that would clearly make most people in the club, and the dog, uncomfotable? I wouldn't take my dog to a loud nightclub, and if I even considered it, I wouldn't think that I'd be able to get it into the club amongst a multitude of other factors that would never make the idea feasible in my mind.

The hate in you runs deep. I like that about you.

I am guessing that JFK wasn't trolling for mall meat at a random night club, but instead was at a industry event during an industry convention.

Some dogs are brought up in environments like that and could't give a fuck.
Every year near hear we have a huge firework display that goes on for over an hour.
I saw some guy with his dog in the main arena. 1000's of people and fucking loud fireworks. Dog wasn't fazed at all. Quite happy playing catch the frisbee.

And you think there is as much noise at a seminar as in a Vegas nightclub?

The idiocy in you runs deep; it is a little irritating TBH.

I had a dachshund that was not phased by fireworks at all; Buddy on the other hand I have to take for a drive with the stereo up.

BaldBastard 01-30-2018 03:00 PM

Amazed you guys can get pets in to clubs and events, maybe it was a so called companion dog. Certainly not getting dogs in to nightclubs here, there's a few dog friendly pubs here in Sydney though, small quiet bars kind of thing not large noisy places.

slapass 01-30-2018 03:44 PM

Americans have gone retarded over dogs. They take them everywhere. It is the new “baby.”

Austin is extremely, extremely dog friendly.

You would be amazed where people take their dogs.

Or maybe you wouldn't.

Sitting next to one at dinner is not uncommon.

You think he goes up to Hooters or hits the clubs?

I have to disagree with you here. We are talking about dogs in loud nightclubs with loud dance music that those damned kids listen to these days (get off my lawn!) Baddog has had Buddy at trade shows and I have had my Buster at trade shows as well. What JFK is talking about is bringing a dog into a loud nightclub in Vegas. Yes, it was during a trade show, but it was still a nightclub. Doesn't matter if it was a sponsored event. A loud Vegas nightclub is still a loud Vegas nightclub no matter if it is filled with John Q. Public or Industry folk. I had Buster at YP Mexico, but I did not bring him to the Mini Kiss concert. It would have been too loud for him. He stayed in my casita down the beach with his fluffy bed and some mellow music playing.

For fucks sake....

Baddog takes dogs to trade show (in the venues where dogs don't suffer loud noise), but not to the nightclub during a trade show.

How dense are you that you did not comprehend that even after 2 tmes this was specified to you :helpme:error

The bad point of OP was that dogs are taken specifically to the loud club (harmful to dogs). Not that dogs are taken to some trade show event (not harmful to dogs).

Why anyone takes a dog to a hotel is something I cannot understand.

I have a dog, I love dogs. But I don't need to take my dog with me on vacation.

I like taking my dog with me if I am traveling by car. It's fun for him and less stressful than leaving him with a sitter. Plus he is on a cocktail of meds and when he is with me, I know he is getting them all.

Bryan G 01-31-2018 01:01 PM

I don't think dogs should be allowed in hotels either, not all of us like them. At the very least kept the fucking thing away from me.

Because it's registered as a service dog (assuming this thread is about Bryan's dog)

ps. RIP Tempe Hooters. Another of the greats has been lost.

Like being an old man and taking a dog to adult events to get the attention of the ladies because you lack the social skills to do so in any other way? I'll do the same thing when I'm your age lol :thumbsup

I personally love dogs.

If you are taking a vacation and going to the lake for a week, great, bring the dog. Have fun with him (or her). However, a convention is not the proper place for a dog.

Ariel Rebel brought her dog to Phoenix Forum... I bent down to pet the dog and damn it the dog bit me.

Dogs are great judges of character; and if you are a dog owner but don't know how to approach a new dog without being bit I suggest you are not much of a dog person.

I interact with a dozen new dogs every week and have never had one even snap at me.
