Doing Well? Just $149 ... Million
$149,000,000 house for y’all
The garage holds five cars. Five? It’s git a helipad, moose habitat, twelve bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms but a tiny garage. Makes no sense. I hope no conglomerate buys it, tears it down and puts up a development of mansions. It’s nice and has an elevator, but those stairs are useless. I’d put in an escalator instead. Monthly mortgage $200 k plus electric, heat, oil, housekeepers, groundskeepers, maintenance, maids, cooks, mechanics, etc. . $400k/month including food and entertainment. I’m curious at the cost of land and building the houses. And, who owns it and why sell??? PS: the area rugs are ugly and I’d trip |

60s - 70s interior looks like you're visiting your grandparents.

It would be nice if the area stayed as is. I'm not an environmental tree hugger but that area is beautiful. To blow up the stone formations, level the ground and destroy the natural habitat of those animals would be a crime.
But, for that price, commercial development seems the answer. A billionaire needs to buy it and preserve it. Rent the house for a big per-week price to pay for house and ground maintenance. We are destroying the remaining natural landscape and animal habitats for profit. Let the government buy it, bring in more animals, have housing and restaurants but leave as much as possible as is. A great vacation resort. |
