Recent movie about a bunch of teenagers going on summercamp. Its a comedy. I think its in the 70's.

I cant remember a single scene from the movie but i know the characters are pretty disturbing and frigging funny.

Oh 1 scene, a bunch of those kids and a teacher go to the village for a few hours and end up in a crack house, completely wasted.
